Education must have insight into children’s hearts

Some time ago, after every get out of class, I found Lily always staring thoughtfully at the neatly written homework on the classroom display wall. Looking at Lily\’s handwriting individually, each word is not bad, but every time she writes her homework, she is always dilly-dallying and frustrated, so the overall homework looks shaky. After a period of observation, I found that Lily is a cheerful child who is willing to express herself. So, when she was staring at the homework on the wall again, I walked up to her and said in surprise: \”Oh! Why did the teacher forget Lily\’s homework? Lily\’s handwriting has improved a lot recently, and her writing is very good. Looks good! Lily, if you copy another ancient poem carefully, the teacher will also post your work on the wall, okay?\” Lily nodded happily. Early the next morning, she handed me a carefully written ancient poem, and I posted her homework on the wall as agreed. Since then, Lily’s homework writing has been neat and beautiful. Education is no small matter, and if you don’t observe it carefully, you won’t achieve such results. Every student is a complex individual. If teachers observe carefully, they will be able to grasp their psychological dynamics, shorten the psychological distance with them, and be more conducive to providing them with targeted education.
