How to choose drinking water?

Currently, there are many types of drinking water provided. How do we choose?

Tap water has national regulations except for turbidity, chemical oxygen consumption, bacterial content and some harmful substances (such as chlorine, lead, cadmium, etc.). The mineral content varies depending on the water source in different places.

Purified water is water treated with the primary or secondary reverse osmosis membrane method. It is now implemented by the GB17323-1998 national pure drinking water standard.

Mineral water. The treatment of mineral water mainly involves removing suspended impurities and organic matter and sterilizing it.

Mountain spring water. Water taken from about 100 meters underground has little pollution. It not only maintains the nutrients in the water, but also removes bacteria, organic matter and other impurities.

Distilled water. Water is vaporized through specific distillation equipment, and then condensed and liquefied to collect the resulting drinking water. Health water. It is scientifically formulated by adding natural mint essence, chrysanthemum and tea concentrate to pure water.

Ionized water. Also known as electrolyzed water. Ordinary tap water is purified first, then passes through positive and negative electrodes, and the water molecules are rearranged under the energy of the electric field. Finally, positive ion water and negative ion water are obtained through membrane separation technology.

Other types. Drinking water suitable for the treatment of certain patients, such as alkaline water, ionized water, oxygen-enriched water, etc.

Are the various types of water mentioned above more beneficial to human health than tap water for healthy people? We believe that for most people, boiled tap water (cold water) is still the first choice.
