Get enough rest during pregnancy

Pregnant women have a heavier physical burden than normal people and are prone to fatigue. Fatigue is bad for the health of both the pregnant woman and the fetus. Therefore, even during normal light labor, you should take appropriate rest. like:

1. Even if you are not tired from work, you should take a break, even if it is 5 or 10 minutes. If possible, go outdoors or to the balcony or rooftop to breathe fresh air and move your body.

2. People engaged in clerical work, such as operators and typists, stay in the same posture for a long time and are prone to fatigue. They need to change positions and stretch their limbs from time to time to relieve fatigue.

3. People who sit in chairs for a long time and work should put a small platform under their feet to raise their feet to prevent swelling.

4. You urinate frequently in early pregnancy and always want to go to the toilet. Don\’t hold back from going to the toilet because of work. This is not good for your health. You should go to the toilet when you urinate.

5. As the fetus grows, the mother’s blood circulation increases. Therefore, standing up suddenly and reaching to a high place to put or pick up something may cause dizziness or cerebral ischemia, and it is easy to fall, so be careful to move slowly in all movements.

6. In winter, the heater in the office or bedroom is too hot and the air is not fresh, which will make people feel uncomfortable. Open windows frequently for ventilation. Before going to bed late in the bedroom and after getting up early in the bedroom, open the windows and doors in the phone room for ventilation.
