Pregnant women have a heavy burden, consume a lot of energy, and get tired easily. They need more sleep to restore physical strength, stay healthy, and ensure the normal development of the fetus. Pregnant women generally require 8 to 9 hours of sleep every day.

Poor sleep during pregnancy not only affects the daily work and life of pregnant women, but also affects the physical and mental health of pregnant women and fetuses. So what should you do if you have trouble sleeping? The following points are for reference:

(1) Regular life and stable mood: Do not be overly nervous or overtired during work during the day, and balance work with rest. Keep a regular schedule and develop regular sleeping habits. Be in a happy mood, be emotionally stable, and maintain psychological balance.

(2) Preparation before going to bed: Do not read books before going to bed, do not watch nervous TV programs such as football games, and do not drink stimulating drinks such as strong tea and coffee. Go to the toilet before going to bed, empty your bladder, wash your feet with warm water and then get a good night\’s sleep.

(3) Living environment: It should be quiet and clean, with good air circulation. Bedding should be comfortable.
