This is the first time I started a diary to prepare for pregnancy and lose weight. As a woman who wants to be a mother, I understand that good health is very important during pregnancy and the growth of my child. Therefore, I decided to start a new journey, for my baby and myself.

Day 1:

Today is the first day that I officially started to prepare for pregnancy and lose weight. I looked at myself in the mirror and decided to make a change. I realized that my past bad lifestyle habits had had a negative impact on my body. It\’s time to embrace a new way of life.

The next day:

I decided to change my eating habits first. For breakfast I chose a hearty and healthy green salad made with fresh lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers. This is a delicious and low calorie option that has been a huge help in my weight loss plan.

Day Three:

Today I started my exercise plan. I chose jogging as my form of exercise and did it every morning in the park. At first, my body felt a little uncomfortable, but I knew it was a necessary process. I believe if I stick to it, I will see the results.

Day Four:

In terms of diet, I decided to reduce my carbohydrate intake. I choose high fiber foods like whole wheat bread and oatmealtablets to help me stay full. At the same time, I also increased my intake of fruits and vegetables to supplement the nutrients my body needs.

Day Five:
