In today\’s grand society and grand era, how can a person live according to his heart? This implies the fundamental question of happiness education—why are we happy? How can we be happy? What do we rely on to be happy? There are four key words for happiness education. How do parents communicate with their children? The most acceptable way of education for children. Mobi No. 1 is health. No matter how much we value our health, we cannot overemphasize it. Of course, people don’t regard health as a problem. But let me ask you, in turn, if your child has not finished his homework by 11:00 tonight, do you want him to go to bed first or continue to finish it? In this situation, health is an issue. When children\’s sleep needs to be regulated by the Ministry of Education in an article today, it shows that there are already big problems in our educational ecology. Isn’t it common sense how children sleep? Are regulations still needed? Although I don’t know how our children in Jianghua are sleeping, I can see the essence, energy, spirit and health of life in the children in Jianghua. Our common sense about health is not to get sick. But I would like to add two points. First, there is no problem with various physical indicators. It is static health. Second, lifestyle health is dynamic health. This is what we should pay more attention to. Therefore, for a healthy child, it is undoubtedly very important to cultivate a healthy lifestyle in the child while receiving healthy education. Good living habits, sleeping habits, exercise habits, and habits of interacting with people and nature. This is the harmony of mind and body. Currently, we have many scientific and rigid indicators to judge the quality of a school, but in fact, we can also simply evaluate it from a high point and a low point. The high point is of course how to get the best out of your students, and the low point is simply whether there is a suicidal child in your school! If a student who graduates from your school does not commit suicide in the next ten, twenty, thirty years of his life, or even his entire life, such a school is a great school! Can any of our principals pat their chests and confidently say, \”Children who leave our school will never commit suicide in their lifetime?\” Undoubtedly, education that lays the foundation for students not to commit suicide throughout their lives is good education. Therefore, no matter how much we value health, we cannot overdo it. Of course, unless you committed suicide for China like Qu Yuan, then that\’s a different matter. When I talk about happiness education today, the first thing I want to say to you is that you must be healthy. The second key word is harmony. A person is in harmony with his father and mother at home, in harmony with classmates and teachers at school, in harmony with birds and beasts in nature, and in harmony with every plant and tree. Such a person\’s body and mind will naturally be happy and sunny. Then, based on health, the second key word of happiness education is harmony. Harmony directly means that a person maintains a peaceful life attitude and is able to avoid getting angry. If a person\’s heart is always in a state of turbulent pain, of course he will lose harmony. A harmonious person is a good student in school, a good child at home, a good citizen in society, and a good person in nature.Among them, he is a good neighbor and good partner of animals and plants. This is the harmony of body and mind, the harmony of life. Our education today must guide children towards harmony. We can see that Jianghua’s education and various types of activities organized to promote children’s interactions are simply to practice the theme of harmony. Therefore, harmony is the way to achieve harmony in life through activities and interactions. This is my second sentence to everyone: there must be harmony. There are three basic ways to enrich. First, the enrichment of similar things, or the enrichment of homogeneity. Every thing has its own way to survive and live, and each finds its own reasonable position among heaven, earth and people. This is good. Individual adulthood is the highest state of happiness education. Beauty and good are beautiful. A beautiful foundation is a kind of culture, and rich cultural connotation is the advantage of Jianghua’s education model. Here, beautiful education is presented in three levels: First, we must explore the beauty of our local culture as much as possible. When we drank and toasted together among the Yao people yesterday, we could feel the beautiful feeling of life. Therefore, we must dig out and carry forward the local culture and pass it on. This is the important mission of our education today. .
