Abstract: Due to the increased secretion of progesterone and decreased gastric acid secretion during pregnancy, the gastrointestinal motility function of pregnant mothers will be weakened, leading to constipation. Constipation is no small matter. Not only is the pregnant mother uncomfortable, the fetus is also \”injured\”. My cousin has been constipated since she was pregnant and didn\’t dare to take medicine randomly. Going to the bathroom every day is painful.
