Analysis report on the nutritional structure of pre-pregnancy diet. In recent years, with the improvement of people\’s health awareness, the nutritional structure of pre-pregnancy diet has gradually become an important issue for couples preparing for pregnancy. This report aims to analyze the nutritional structure of pre-pregnancy diet and provide reasonable diet for couples planning pregnancy.
