Taiyuan Out-of-Situ Fertility Policy Taiyuan City, as the capital city of Shanxi Province in China, has always played the role of an economic, cultural and political center. As the problem of population aging becomes increasingly prominent, the Taiyuan Municipal Government decided to launch a brand-new policy to deal with this problem.
