Daily cleaning precautions during pregnancy

2. Soap will remove natural oils and help protect the skin. Soaps containing moisturizing ingredients should be used, and the less soap the better. You can choose some mild shower gels on the market that are not harmful to the skin and will not completely remove oil from the skin.

Try to avoid washing the nipple and areola skin directly with soap.

3. After bathing, while the skin is still moist, apply some moisturizing lotion to keep the skin moisturized for a longer period of time.

(2) For oily skin, you can use some strong astringent facial cleansers to clean the face; for dry skin, it is best not to use soap, and you can choose moisturizing cream or baby cream.

(3) When applying moisturizer to the face, you can draw circles in a small area and massage the facial skin several times more than usual.

(4) Avoid using oil-based lotions, scrubs or cleansers containing fragrance or alcohol to clean facial skin.
