School has started recently. Yesterday I saw parents complaining, why does kindergarten end at 5:30 pm? We haven\’t considered the issue of working parents at all. Do we have to take leave every day to pick up our children? Looking at the indignant expressions of the parents facing the camera, to be honest, I felt a bit dumbfounded. Our normal working hours are from nine to six. Of course, many companies do not follow this rule. But I have tried it in other industries. Under normal circumstances, the earliest time is 8:30, but kindergartens are different. Kindergartens basically start working at 7:30. The closing time of kindergartens is generally 5:30. Of course, this does not include the time for dinner and cleaning after the children leave the kindergarten. This means that many times teachers cannot leave the kindergarten until 6 o\’clock. This time does not include the teacher’s commuting time. In fact, for me, working time in kindergarten takes up almost half of my life, which is 12 hours. The reason why kindergartens open so early in the morning is essentially to cater to the needs of parents. Considering that parents have to go to work and have no time to drop off their children, they will open early. Many people may be curious, since the morning caters to the time when parents go to work, why can\’t it cater to the time when parents get off work in the evening? Because if this is the case, the working hours of kindergarten teachers cannot be reasonably explained to the outside world. Take my current working hours as an example. Although they are very long, at least the kindergarten can explain that the two and a half hours the children take a break at noon does not count as the teacher’s working hours. But does it really not count as a teacher’s working time? Under normal circumstances, kindergartens often need to hold meetings at noon. Even if there are no meetings, most kindergartens still have to sleep at noon. During the sleep watch, you need to keep moving around and watching over the child. If any accident happens to the child, the teacher is still responsible. Isn\’t this working time? It just gives it a high-sounding name of rest. If kindergarten teachers are still required to postpone get off work, it seems that they really have not considered the life and death of this industry. As I write this, I seem to have thought about why the kindergarten teacher industry is getting younger and younger. Because people with families simply cannot bear such long working hours, and she also has children. Take my child care teacher as an example. The only reason she chose my current kindergarten is that our kindergarten does not often work overtime. Because she also takes care of her children alone, her children are sent to daycare after school every day. When she is at home, she watches the children through surveillance. Sometimes during lunch time, she will run home non-stop. Families with children actually have a hard time. In the first half of this year, one of our parents said that she could not pick up her children during the normal leaving time and hoped that the teacher could help her watch her children for half an hour after get off work. The children picked up late in our kindergarten will not be cared for by the same teacher. The children in which class will be taken care of by the teacher. If this parent says it, it means that the teacher will have to postpone the end of the day every day. If there are special circumstances only once or twice, we will be very willing, but if it is like this every day, it is obviously not suitable. Especially since I don’t live in kindergarten yetNearby, I have to take the subway for more than half an hour after get off work every day before I can go home. For me, getting off work on time is very important. Of course, if there is demand, there will be a market. Many kindergartens provide after-school care services, and parents can choose to enroll their children in the kindergarten’s after-school care classes. In addition, there are many childcare institutions. Older children will choose to go to childcare institutions to do their homework, while younger children will also go to various childcare institutions to learn painting, art and other activities. Raising a child is really not that easy. However, it is not easy to be a worker.
