In education, we must learn to have love, empathize with children, and encourage them more. Doing so will make your children better. Empathy bridges the psychological distance. Empathy is the emotional link between people. Parents\’ understanding and care can make children feel respected and accepted, which can lead to a sense of joy. A child\’s mental development is not yet fully mature, and his understanding of himself sometimes depends on adults\’ attitudes and evaluations of him. Only when adults accept and identify with children from the bottom of their hearts can children not rely too much on outside opinions and be themselves calmly. Give children firm positive emotional care and let them believe that problems will always be solved. This can prevent children from having extreme emotions and make it easier for them to calm down. Focus on the positives and try to look at your child\’s strengths with appreciation. Even if there are shortcomings, don\’t deliberately exaggerate them. When children encounter setbacks when doing things, parents should encourage them more and praise their children\’s active participation, active efforts, perseverance, attempts to improve, and seeking external help. These are more important things than winning or losing. Acceptance is a gift that parents give to their children. The better parents understand their children\’s characteristics, the better they can help their children improve their self-management skills and avoid self-doubt when facing problems. As you grow older, these traits often become traits that attract others to you.
