For first-grade teaching, there are two difficulties: one is the knowledge itself. Don\’t think that knowledge is very simple. Putting this knowledge into the heads of first-grade children is a project from 0 to 1, and the difficulty is unimaginable. Another is to organize teaching. Because of their age, first-year students have difficulty concentrating, and even if they can concentrate, they cannot stay focused for long, and they are extremely susceptible to interference from external factors. I have taught more than one first grade student, and the words I say most are “keep quiet”, “stop talking” and “xxx pay attention”. When I am not in class and pass by other classes, I will hear such \”roaring\” in my ears from time to time, especially in the first few minutes of class, when it is used more frequently. After class is the favorite time for children, they may look forward to this time throughout the class. At the beginning of the semester, during class, students often raised their hands uprightly. I thought the students had some special situation and needed my help, but what I heard was \”Teacher, how long until get out of class ends.\” After class, no matter what I do, I am happy. Playing in the yard, running on the playground, even if I don\’t go out to the classroom, it is still full of happiness. The spirit of the students during recess is completely different from that in class. They are happy from the bottom of their hearts and have bright smiles on their faces forever. From this perspective, learning is such an anti-human thing. Students during recess are happy and excited. I remembered the school bell and the students returned to the classroom. The classroom was also excited at this time. Although the body was sitting on a stool and could not move like outside, it was impossible for the mouth to be idle because the sound was too noisy at this time. I also I didn\’t hear what they were saying. If left unchecked, this state can continue until the end of get out of class again, because I did try. I really don’t know where so many topics come from. Children can just keep talking and keep talking. I once wrote an article, \”First graders \”sit quietly\” before class, and the effect is quite good.\” The approach at that time was to achieve the transition from class to class through meditation. After practicing for a period of time, I found that from the excitement state after class to the sitting state, the span in the middle state is too large, the effect is very good, and the operation difficulty is not small. Since students love to talk so much, it is not easy to keep their mouths idle when they first start class. Therefore, they cannot keep their mouths idle, but the content of what they say must change. As soon as I walked into the classroom, I would shout out the first sentence \”Chinese textbook, turn to page xx\”. This sentence must be shouted, otherwise students will not hear it. According to the previous requirement, after I say this, the students should respond to me by saying \”page xx\”. At most, only half of the students could respond to my words at this time, while the other half were chatting and reminiscing about the happiness between classes. But the power of these children is enough to allow more children to hear. Then I will say again \”Chinese textbook, turn to page xx\”. At this time, two-thirds of the students will respond, and the effect is basically achieved. The content to be read is all learned before, because it has been read many times. As long as the students start at the beginning, they can read on by themselves. It takes about a minute to read a lesson. During this minute, I only need to walk around and give individual reminders. First-grade students work very hard when reading aloud, and they are reminded many times not to shout at the top of their lungs.I shouted as hard as I could, but I still haven’t completely changed this habit. After reading about two or three classes, the students get tired and adjust from the state of recess to the state of class. After sitting quietly for another two or three minutes, class can begin. Organizational teaching is more important than teaching itself. The lower the grade, the greater the proportion of organized teaching. It is full of \”battle of wits and courage\” between teaching and students. Adjusting from the get out of class state to the class state is the most difficult moment to organize teaching. You can start from reading together and use \”magic\” to defeat \”magic\”.
