It’s time to start small classes at the beginning of school. Children must be taught these skills

Dear parents, are you looking forward to but a little nervous as your children are about to enter the kindergarten class? In order to allow children to better adapt to kindergarten life, the following skills must be taught to them in advance! 1. Self-care ability 1. Dressing and undressing by oneself allows children to learn to distinguish the front, back, front and back of clothes, and gradually master the skills of dressing and undressing. This not only cultivates children\’s independence, but also reduces dependence on teachers in kindergarten. 2. Eat independently. Encourage children to eat by themselves with spoons or chopsticks, without being picky or wasteful. Learn the correct way to chew and swallow and develop good eating habits. 3. Teach children to use the toilet independently, including taking off their pants, wiping their buttocks, flushing and other steps. At the same time, let the children know that they should inform the teacher in time when they want to defecate. 2. Social communication skills 1. Polite language Teach children to use polite language such as \”please\”, \”thank you\” and \”sorry\” to cultivate good habits of civility and courtesy. 2. Express needs Encourage children to express their thoughts and needs bravely, such as \”I want to drink water\”, \”I want to go to the toilet\”, \”I want to play with the children\”, etc. 3. Sharing and cooperation Through games and daily activities, children can experience the joy of sharing and learn to cooperate with friends to complete tasks. 3. Cognition and learning ability 1. Recognize own name Let children become familiar with their own name and be able to recognize and write it (simple). 2. Recognize simple numbers and colors from 1 to 10, and distinguish common colors, such as red, yellow, blue, green, etc. 3. Listen to stories and tell stories. Tell stories to children every day to develop their listening skills, and encourage children to try to retell stories simply. 4. Emotion management ability 1. Recognizing emotions helps children understand different emotions, such as happiness, anger, sadness, etc., and be able to express their feelings. 2. Emotional regulation When children have negative emotions, guide them to calm down through deep breathing, counting, etc. During the period before school starts, parents should patiently accompany their children to practice these skills. I believe that when children master these skills, they will be more confident and happy to face the life of kindergarten classes! Let us support the growth of our babies together!
