My unexpected encounter with in vitro fertilization and my experience sharing with the third generation of in vitro fertilization

A chance encounter

In the waiting room of the hospital, I happened to meet an IVF mother. She told me that she was not the first generation of IVF, but the third generation. That is, her grandparents had to work hard for many years to have children. After listening to her story, I learned more about how difficult the choice of in vitro fertilization is, and I also cherished the preciousness of life even more.

Different choices

IVF is a controversial topic as it relates to the treatment of human fertility. My partner and I also went through this choice. For us, we hoped to get pregnant naturally, but ultimately we had to choose IVF. At the same time, we also met many different faces whose experiences and stories inspired me. I think everyone\’s choice is different, but everyone\’s choice should be respected.

Maternal and infant life safety

The safety of IVF is our biggest concern. After all, IVF is a human fertility treatment, and its essence is to help others realize the benefits of fertility. This treatment may involve many uncertainties, including the impact on the safety of mother and baby. Fortunately, modern medical technology is very advanced, and IVF treatment can greatly reduce the risk. However, we still need to remain highly vigilant about unforeseen risks during the IVF process.

The birth of new life

The most exciting thing for me was seeing the IVF baby being delivered. There is no doubt that this is an exciting time for anyone. Because this means that a new life has been born in this world. For IVF families, this moment is especially important because they have experienced pain and anticipation for a long time, and this expectation has finally been met. Seeing the birth of new life, I couldn\’t help but think of my own children and all the children in the world. They are all part of the twists and turns of this endless life.

In vitro fertilization is an unusual option, but it is also becoming a way for more and more couples to have children. After meeting IVF families, I learned more about the hardships they went through and the preciousness of life. I think anyone should respect their choice and pray for their safety. I also hope that I can educate more people about the truth about IVF, including its advantages and pitfalls, so that they can make more informed choices about how their children will be born.
