Usually after confinement, I take inventory of the things I have used, and I find that there are always some things that I think are very important. I bought it, but it’s of no use~ Now I will start to list the odorless items in the waiting bag based on my personal experience.

1. Check underwear for pregnant women
These are bras that make postpartum check-ups easy. I bought a pair of similar bras.
Regardless of whether you have a natural birth or a caesarean section, you don’t wear underwear after giving birth. I originally planned to open it directly when the doctor came to check it out. It\’s convenient, but I don\’t want to. I have no chance to wear sanitary napkins, and they are even more useless during confinement.
2. Prenatal and nursing examination pads
I bought a large pack of nursing examination pads, but I didn’t expect that the first day of admission would be the first item of rigid standard consumption. During the first internal examination, the nurse gave me a bag and I took it into the examination room. I used this bag as a cushion after giving birth. It\’s not as big as the one I bought, but it\’s enough. It didn\’t work until I was discharged from the hospital and went home. Later, it was used as a peeing pad for the moon.
3. Maternal sanitary napkins
This thing is so expensive. Now that I think about it, I still get excited: I bought both the large and medium sizes. The lochia after the incision was indeed twice the usual menstrual flow, but this one was wide, thick, uncomfortable, and not as convenient as Sophie\’s at night.
4. Abdominal belt
I bought this pigeon girdle. The doctor used the hospital\’s steel belt directly on the operating table. It is very cheap and easy to use. This tightness is very small and suitable for 42 days after delivery.
These are of no use at all.
There are also breast pads. I bought so many that I barely used a few of them, so I bought them as appropriate.
Nursing clothes and nursing pajamas can be purchased according to your own needs.
You can buy things and spend money according to your needs, but there must be one principle: buy things you can use, so you won’t regret it. Before going to hospital, ask the doctor what things need to be consumed according to the hospital’s regulations. This way you don’t have to buy them repeatedly, and you won’t regret it. Like me, I buy them and put them at the bottom of the box or give them away directly.
