● Normal semen Indicators
Semen volume: 2~6 ml each time. Less than 1.5 ml is oligospermia, while more than 8 ml is hypersemenosis.
Semen liquefaction status: Complete liquefaction in 30 minutes. Semen that has not liquefied for more than 1 hour is called semen dysliquefaction syndrome.
Sperm morphology: No less than 50% of sperm will have normal morphology.
Semen pH value:7.2 ~8.0.
Sperm count in semen:More than 20 million/ml.
Sperm survival rate: More than 70% of the sperm are alive.
Sperm motility: According to the quality of semen, it is divided into grades a, b, c and d. More than 50% belong to Grade A and Grade B.
Male fertility cannot be determined from semen alone. Sperm quantity, abnormality rate, vitality, liquefaction time, activity rate, etc. should also be comprehensively considered.
