Pregnancy is an important experience in every woman\’s life. 1. Itching and allergies

As the baby continues to grow, the pressure on the uterus increases, resulting in slow blood circulation, poor congestion, itching or itchy spots on the skin, and even allergic reactions. Pregnant women should choose clothes and shoes made of light and comfortable materials to avoid over-stimulation of the body. 2. Low back pain, shoulder and neck pain

They should eat moderate meals and drink enough water at the same time.

4. Swelling of neck and face

In the later stages of pregnancy, pregnant women are prone to swelling of the neck and face. This is due to the increased pressure of the fetus making it easy for water to become trapped in the surrounding tissue. Pregnant women should avoid staying up late, maintain adequate sleep and drink water, and choose appropriate ear acupuncture, food massage, or drink herbal tea and hibiscus tea as good health care methods.
Pregnant women may feel unwell when delivery is approaching. These symptoms are very common and necessary to experience. For different symptoms, pregnant women can take different measures to relieve discomfort and ensure that both themselves and their fetus can safely pass this stage.
