About Family Planning Certificate and Maternal and Child Health Handbook
Let me briefly introduce my situation. Mr. Shen and I work in the same public institution in Beijing. The company has a collective household registration, which is commonly known as dual-employee. Thanks to the state, we did not encounter additional obstacles in giving the baby legal status.
The family planning certificate is the legendary \”birth certificate\”, and its main function is to register future children. The regulations and personal circumstances of each place are different, and the procedures are also different. My certification process is as follows:
1. After becoming pregnant, explain the situation to the department personnel and confirm that the baby is the first child.
2. Go to the spiritual civilization office of the unit (in charge of family planning work) to get a copy of the \”Beijing Fertility Service Certificate\”, which is the birth certificate. After filling in some basic information, ask the family planning staff of the couple\’s unit to fill in and stamp the birth certificate registration page. If men and women are not in the same unit, they need to go to their respective units to get their stamps stamped.
3. Go to the neighborhood committee where the woman is registered, apply for a pregnancy notification and get it stamped. Documents that need to be carried include: birth certificate, marriage certificate, male and female ID cards, and male and female household registration books. The latter three must bring both originals and copies.
4. After the neighborhood committee has read everything, it will stamp the third chapter. And issue a certificate as a mother and child handbook.
Morning glory friendly reminder
1. If one of the parties does not have a household registration in Beijing, it is also necessary to present a marriage and birth certificate from the street where the household registration is not in Beijing. There are three levels of certification, including:
(1) The seal of the village committee or neighborhood committee must be affixed;
(2) The family planning seal of the town or sub-district office must be affixed;
(3) The seal of the county or district Family Planning Commission is required.
Note: Many people cannot get a birth certificate for a long time because they are stuck on this certificate. Therefore, before going through the formalities, it is best to call the processing department in advance to inquire about the material requirements and office hours to avoid going wrong.
1. The birth certificate cannot be obtained by the woman herself, but can be obtained by her husband or parents.
Maternal and Infant Health Handbook
Also known as the \”Municipal Maternal and Child Health Care Record\”, it is used to give injections to children. There is an item that needs to be filled out by a doctor at the hospital where the child was born (note that you must have a birth certificate when applying for a mother and child handbook. If you fill it out later, it may delay the child\’s injection). The specific process is as follows:
1. You need to bring: birth certificate, ID cards of both parties, the woman’s household register, certificate issued by the neighborhood committee, and a deposit ranging from 60 to 100 yuan (refunded when applying for the mother and child handbook) and returned after the child is born).
2. Location: Maternal and Child Health Hospital in the place of registered residence. Designated health centers vary from place to place. For details, please consult the neighborhood committee where you are registered.
3. The baby is bornAfterwards, the neighborhood committee and community hospital will make a return visit by phone; the community hospital will have dedicated personnel to regularly visit the health status of the mother and the baby (for a fee), inform the new parents of the precautions for raising a baby, and conduct physical examinations for the new parents. Basic parenting advice.
4. After the baby has been examined in 42 days, he can start to receive various vaccines at the community hospital (most of them are free).
