What expectant parents need to know when preparing for pregnancy

1. Improve your diet: Learn to eat the foods you really need, that is, a balanced diet of at least three meals a day, including the four major food categories, which can provide the vitamins and minerals your body needs for a healthy body. 7. Stop using birth control pills If you have been using birth control pills, it is recommended that you stop using birth control pills for a few months. If you become pregnant while taking birth control pills, stop taking them immediately and tell your doctor – there is a very small chance (less than 0.5%) of harm to the fetus.
