Are there any subsidies for Chengdu’s second-child policy?
Currently, my country does not have a second-child subsidy policy. Generally speaking, if the local people\’s government stipulates maternity subsidies, you can consult the local family planning department. If the local government does not formulate this policy, then there will be no second-child subsidy; the second-child policy is the birth policy implemented in our country that corresponds to the family planning policy. Where can I get the second-child subsidy in Chengdu?

Take Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province as an example. Panzhihua City provides free hospital delivery services to women with Panzhihua registered residence who give birth in the city’s township health centers and the above-mentioned medical and health care institutions. Funds that do not meet the conditions for medical insurance reimbursement are included in the municipal fiscal budget. For families registered in Panzhihua City who have a second or more children in accordance with the policy, each child will receive a childcare subsidy of 500 yuan per month until the child reaches 3 years old. Infant care service agencies shall be established individually or jointly in employers, industrial parks, etc. to provide welfare infant care services to employees.
